You’ll be asked to complete a short food diary. This gives me insight into your current diet and eating habits.
The Consultation (60-90 minutes)
In the one-on-one session-either in person or online-we’ll explore your health in depth. We’ll talk about:
- Your symptoms, concerns, and wellness goals
 - Medical, family history
 - Current diet and eating habits
 - In depth symptoms with different bodily systems (Example: Digestive, immune, endocrine systems).
 - Your relationship with food and lifestyle habits
 - Any potential nutrient imbalances or areas for support
